Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations in Birmingham. The role is contract-based (3 months+) with hybrid working and limited travel to client sites, reporting to the Talent Manager on governance, delivery and adoption.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate with business and technical teams, and manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consultancy

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP/CRM programs in a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
• Strong governance, financial control and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to run complex multi-stream projects in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation programmes.
• Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps to track delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical departments.
• Ensure effective financial management including forecasting, timesheet tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Drive delivery through internal teams, third-party suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to senior leadership and programme governance boards.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, ensuring delivery remains on track across several client engagements.

Contract D365 CE Project Manager – Microsoft Partner – Birmingham

3 Months +

Hybrid Working (Minimal travel to client site as required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Microsoft Partner, responsible for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementations across a range of customer projects.

This is a contract opportunity focused on managing the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to successful delivery and adoption.

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will oversee project planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, delivery management, and financial controls across complex enterprise programmes. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams, whilst managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment, supporting multiple clients and projects simultaneously whilst ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and financial governance experience.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stream projects within matrix environments.
• Demonstrated experience working in hybrid delivery environments with onsite client engagement.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and CRM delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and delivery teams through to successful go-live.
• Experience working with Microsoft Partners, digital transformation consultancies, systems integrators, or technology suppliers.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple clients and customer environments simultaneously.
• Comfortable balancing competing priorities across several projects and stakeholders at any one time.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
• Previous experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE or CRM programmes within the Higher Education or Housing sector would be highly desirable.
• Experience working with universities, colleges, housing associations, registered providers, or social housing organisations would be advantageous.
