Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a CE Lead Technical Consultant to drive enterprise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives. HQ in London, but UK-wide applications are welcomed, with flexibility for remote work and occasional client travel.

You will lead technical delivery, design scalable solutions, oversee integrations using Azure services, and mentor teams across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and junior consultants.
• Strong stakeholder management and hands-on technical leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
• Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical estimations and client workshops.
• Drive development best practices, ALM and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams.
• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
• Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.

Job title: CE Lead Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform)

Location: HQ in London but considering applicants UK wide

A leading digital transformation consultancy is seeking an experienced CE Lead Technical Consultant to play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with solution delivery, working closely with clients to design and implement innovative business applications. You'll lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes. They are offering the opportunity to work mainly remote but flexibility for ad-hoc travel to clients will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
• Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.

• Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams.
• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
• Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or equivalent.
• React or Angular for PCF development
• Data migration and integration experience
