Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Dynamics CE Technical Lead to shape enterprise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You will lead technical delivery, mentor teams and collaborate with clients across UK-based engagements.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, including Azure-based integrations and modern ALM/CI/CD practices.

• Strong understanding of Dataverse data model and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Build and oversee integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.
• Support pre-sales with solution design and technical estimates.
• Drive ALM, CI/CD, and code reviews across projects.
• Mentor developers and junior consultants on project teams.

Job title: Dynamics CE Technical Lead (D365 / Power Platform)

Location: HQ in London but considering applicants UK wide

We're working with a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy that is investing heavily in its Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. As a CE Lead Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping enterprise-scale solutions for a diverse client base, combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring and client engagement.

The business are flexible in terms of working arrangements, and offer the opportunity to work remotely, however flexibility for ad-hoc travel to clients will be required depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
• Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical estimations and client workshops.
• Drive development best practices, code reviews, ALM and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams.
• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
• Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or equivalent.
• React or Angular for PCF development
• Data migration and integration experience
