JobsTrackR is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central during the move from BC 22 on-premise to BC 28 in the cloud. You will work with the ERP & Business Systems Manager across sites to understand how teams operate, resolve issues and translate requirements into practical improvements.

Business Systems Analyst – Business Central - £55k

I’m recruiting for an established UK distributor looking for someone who can help its people get the best from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a hands‑on role combining business analysis, ERP support and user adoption. You’ll work closely with the ERP & Business Systems Manager and colleagues across the business to understand how teams work, resolve system issues and turn requirements into practical improvements. The business is moving from BC 22 on‑premise to BC 28 in the cloud, with the upgrade expected to complete early next year. You’ll have the opportunity to support that change and continue improving the system afterwards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting business users with ERP queries and process issues
• Gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Coordinating testing and user acceptance testing
• Delivering end‑user training and maintaining documentation
• Working with stakeholders to improve workflows, data quality and system adoption
• Supporting change across the business as the BC upgrade progresses

What I’m looking for:

Experience supporting an ERP system in a commercial environment is essential. Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience would be particularly valuable, alongside strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing and stakeholder skills. You’ll need to be comfortable working with users at different levels and willing to travel to other UK sites when required. Travel and accommodation are provided for longer trips.

The package includes 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a company bonus, subsidised healthcare after probation and a pension.

£50,000–£55,000 company bonus

Waterlooville Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite
