Wagstaff Recruitment in Saffron Walden is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and a small team. You will handle goods in/out, drive improvements, and ensure accurate stock and ERP system updates.

The role requires hands-on work, a full UK driving licence, and eligibility for security clearance. Permanent position with a clear path for development; salary £35,000–£40,000 along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Proven ability to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Confident using IT systems, including warehouse/ERP software.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in daily tasks.
• Full UK driving licence (held 6+ years) and over 25 for insurance.
• British citizen, able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations and keep everything moving.
• Handle goods in/out, stock control, and checks.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Keep stock accurate, organised, and systems updated.
• Work closely with admin on deliveries, purchasing, and projects.
• Lead a small team and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse.
• Support and carry out deliveries for project work as required.
