Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to join our busy team in WF2. This office-based role focuses on coordinating drivers, planning routes and handling reactive jobs to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You will manage schedules, adapt to changes, use scheduling systems, and communicate with drivers and engineers to deliver a reliable service. Experience with reactive works is particularly important.

Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling or management systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.

Responsabilités

• Managing drivers and coordinating daily workloads.
• Planning and managing routes and re-routing when priorities change.
• Booking and coordinating emergency and reactive jobs.
• Scheduling pre-planned works and ensuring efficient allocation.
• Responding to last-minute changes and resolving issues quickly.
• Keeping systems updated with job progress and schedules.
