Be Well Learning is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the delivery of training activities across the organisation. The role coordinates end-to-end bookings, schedules face-to-face and online sessions, secures venues, and communicates with trainers and attendees.

You will manage the team inbox, respond to queries, maintain attendance records, and help prepare materials and certificates. Travel to sites and events will be required as part of the role.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating training programs and administering learning events.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, venues and attendees.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end training bookings, including scheduling and venues.
• Manage training inbox and respond promptly to queries.
• Prepare and distribute training materials and certificates of attendance.
• Maintain training records and attendance lists, and generate reports.
• Travel as required to sites and events; support marketing of programmes.
