Job summary

S&B Herba Foods Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator in Liverpool to join our Supply Chain team. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on daily loading planning, stock control, and logistics coordination.

You will manage POs, book collections, check stock levels, and handle invoicing, with responsibilities spanning import shipments and contract balance reviews.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Experience in supply chain, co-ordination, logistics, order processing, stock management.
• Understanding of stock control, order cycles, and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with Logistics and Warehousing suppliers.
• Experience in ERP systems, JDE preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the daily loading sheet to support outbound planning.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers in line with stock requirements and demand.
• Book collections via portals, creating pallet labels and preparing collection notes.
• Check and maintain stock levels to determine requirements and manage inventory.
• Invoicing.
• Review import shipments.
• Contract balance review.
