Job summary

S&B Herba Foods Ltd in Liverpool (Regent, L20 8DF) is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You will support outbound planning, ordering, stock checks, and invoicing to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, experience in supply chain processes, and proficiency with ERP systems. The company offers standard hours with 5 days, plus benefits such as cycle to work, pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, order processing and stock management.
• Understanding of stock control, order cycles and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily loading sheet to support outbound planning.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers in line with stock requirements and demand.
• Book collections via portals, create pallet labels and preparation notes.
• Check and maintain stock levels to determine requirements and manage inventory.
• Invoicing.
• Review import shipments.
• Contract balance review.
