Job summary

Confidential in Liverpool is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team and report to the Supply Chain Manager. You will support outbound planning and stock control to keep materials flowing smoothly.

Key duties include preparing and maintaining loading sheets, placing purchase orders, booking collections, checking stock levels, invoicing, reviewing import shipments and contract balances. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Experience in supply chain, co-ordination, logistics and stock management.
• Understanding of stock control, order cycles and warehouse processes.
• Experience with logistics and warehousing suppliers.
• Experience in ERP systems, JDE preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the daily loading sheet to support outbound planning.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers in line with stock requirements and demand.
• Book collections via portals, creating pallet labels and preparing collection notes.
• Check and maintain stock levels to determine requirements and manage inventory.
• Invoicing.
• Review import shipments.
• Contract balance review.
