Responsibilities include supporting the Supply Chain team, updating systems, maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team.
• Process and update information on internal systems and databases.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with order processing and tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Handle incoming emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
