Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage purchase orders and sales orders in the company system.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm delivery dates, order statuses, and pricing.
• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate shipping logs, invoices, and customs or compliance paperwork.
• Investigate and resolve delayed shipments, missing items, or billing discrepancies.
