Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a busy Service Desk team in Chadderton, Greater Manchester. The role focuses on planning and coordinating service and maintenance works, while ensuring SLAs are met and customer expectations are managed.

You will work closely with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to schedule work, log requests, and maintain accurate system updates through the job lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Helpdesk, Customer Service, or Administration role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using internal systems, databases, and Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and process incoming service requests and remedial works.
• Schedule engineering resources to ensure productivity and SLA compliance.
• Prioritise workloads based on urgency, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.
• Manage client portal activity, updating job statuses and engineer ETA information.
• Coordinate planned maintenance activities to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor open and in-progress jobs, preventing missed actions.
• Arrange follow-up visits and two-person attendance jobs as required.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers on progress.
• Handle escalation requests and prompt customer communications.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure POD information is recorded.
