Job summary
Silcom Recruitment Limited is partnering with a respected motor trade business in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for their aftersales team. You will manage bookings, liaise with technicians and communicate clearly with customers to ensure a smooth service journey.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or independent garage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of DMS/booking systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing service, MOT, and repair bookings
- Providing timely updates and clear explanations to customers
- Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure accurate job progression
- Promoting additional services and service plans where appropriate
- Handling invoicing, admin, and warranty claims
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
