Qualifications

• Experience in aftersales or service desk.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based within commutable radius of Swindon.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Keep customers updated on progress of their vehicle.
• Explain additional work requirements and costs.
• Liaise with technicians and parts department.
• Prepare job cards, invoices and service documentation.
• Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience.
• Support the smooth running of the aftersales department.
