URBN is seeking a dedicated retail professional to support store management in creating a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment at our London location. You will engage customers, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive team dynamic while supporting merchandise presentation and daily store tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with peers to maintain high standards and a strong VIBE throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE in the store by being positive and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate.
• Assist in the training and development of peers.
• Communicate positively and effectively with peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing new shipments and keep back stock organised.
• Complete weekly tasks like markdowns and transfers.
• Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and health & safety regulations.
• Support merchandising and display projects and maintain stock levels.
