Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will engage customers, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain store appearance.

You will support customers, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure safety and compliance, including following Think 25 for age-restricted products. Some stores may operate a Post Office Local with additional checks.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and transactions.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is presented neatly and safely.
• Maintain store appearance and tidiness throughout shifts.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Support with stock replenishment and store procedures.
