Sigma Group is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of client projects in a fast-paced retail environments. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate between clients, suppliers, hauliers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage multiple priorities, generate quotations, maintain records, and escalate risks promptly while upholding high service standards and customer focus.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in project administration or coordination
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience managing communications with customers, suppliers or stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of multiple client projects
• Ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and timelines
• Generate accurate quotations based on project specs
• Maintain project administration in internal systems
• Liaise daily with clients, suppliers and hauliers to build relations
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
• Escalate issues and risks promptly for resolution
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Support project planning and milestone tracking
• Identify solutions and overcome challenges
