Job summary

A London-based consultancy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail and hospitality fit-outs across the UK. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience throughout the project lifecycle and work directly with senior leaders and clients. Candidates should ideally have experience in similar projects, strong organizational skills, and a full UK driving license. Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-construction.
• Produce detailed, accurate minutes from site meetings.
• Assist with tender lists, drawing reviews, and contractor returns.
• Help with cost reports, budget trackers, and programme updates.
• Produce clear weekly updates for clients.
• Manage and improve the aftercare/handover process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.

PSD is partnering with a fast-growing London-based consultancy to recruit a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail & hospitality fit-outs across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, work directly with senior leaders and clients, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-construction
• Attending site meetings and producing detailed, accurate minutes
• Assisting with tender lists, drawing reviews and contractor returns
• Helping with cost reports, budget trackers and programme updates
• Producing clear weekly updates for clients
• Managing and improving the aftercare/handover process
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultants
