Job summary

Sigma Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction, fit-out or installation projects from concept to completion. You will develop and steer project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety and profitability.

You will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations while driving continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project teams in construction, fit-out or installation environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Commercial awareness, including budget and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Develop client briefs into detailed project plans and scopes.
• Produce specifications and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to develop cost plans.
• Manage design development and coordination across the lifecycle.
• Undertake contract administration responsibilities.
• Develop project programmes and phasing.
• Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure safe delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and mentor Site Managers and project teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive quality.
