Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a SEND/PRU school in Croydon. You will support pupils with SEMH, autism, and other learning needs, one-to-one or in small groups, alongside school staff. You’ll provide feedback to teachers and parents to support progress and attainment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, and proactive, able to build strong relationships with pupils in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and mentoring style
• Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children
• Think on your feet and be proactive in a Special School
• Ability to form excellent relationships with pupils

Responsibilities

• Support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Work with other staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption
• Provide feedback to teachers and parents
• Assist pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other learning needs
