Qualifications

• Excel proficiency to manage large data sets and planning schedules.
• Experience in production planning, material control, inventory tracking, or logistics coordination.
• Ability to analyse an order book, compare with stock, and predict shortages.
• High accuracy in data entry and tracking parts numbers, orders, and dispatch dates.
• Ability to adapt schedules quickly when shortages or delays occur.
• Strong verbal and written communication across internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Order Book Management: convert orders into production and dispatch schedules.
• Inventory & parts checking to prevent bottlenecks or delays.
• Material planning using Excel spreadsheets to determine buy/produce needs.
• Dispatch coordination to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaise with purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse teams to keep operations smooth.
