Job summary

Personnel Placements is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator / Dispatch to join our team in Canterbury. You’ll coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of staff, plant, equipment, transport resources and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

You will also prepare quotes, manage a range of administrative and operational tasks, liaise with customers, suppliers and staff, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to keep day-to-day operations
