Job summary

Pertemps Tm is recruiting a Service coordinator / Labour Controller to support our busy Hainault-based contracts team. The role involves admin support to contracts manager and handling client enquiries, coordinating reactive and planned maintenance with engineers.

You will manage incoming requests, assign tasks in our in-house Planon/Concerto systems, participate in an on-call rota, and ensure client requirements and contractual response times are met.

Qualifications

• Able to plan and prioritise, meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Team player with excellent customer care.
• Good IT skills including CAFM experience.

Responsibilities

• Review reactive tasks and raise on the in-house system.
• Participate in 1 in 6 call-out rota for OOH teams.
• Handle incoming calls and update client requests.
• Review outstanding jobs against response times and priorities.
• Assign work to engineers via in-house system and client portals.
• Coordinate sub-contractors with Contract Manager when needed.
• Book works with clients and submit permits to work RAMS.
• Manage engineer timesheets and ensure accuracy.
• Record site information in Planon/Concerto and job logic system.
• Order materials and liaise with procurement to allocate job numbers.
