Ian Williams Ltd. in Aston, Birmingham is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to plan daily work, own the scheduling process end-to-end, and support residents with timely coordination using our dynamic system.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and operatives, maintain precise task notes, and produce daily KPI reports to help monitor service performance. The role suits a fast-paced, people-focused environment with strong IT and analytical skills and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling or strong customer service background.
• Proficient IT and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow processes and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system to ensure timely coordination for residents.
• Own the scheduling process end-to-end, considering priority, location and time while managing risks impacting KPIs.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives via phone and email to support first time fix resolutions.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes for each task in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Produce daily KPI reports reflecting service delivery performance.
