Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing iwhub team in Aston, Birmingham. You will plan daily work, coordinate repairs and ensure first-class service for residents while balancing priorities and travel time.

You will be the main contact for customers and operatives, providing timely updates by phone and email, and you will contribute to contract performance with accurate notes and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling preferred.
• Strong customer service background, especially over the phone.
• Good IT and analytical skills to manage data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules using the scheduling system and coordinate timely service for residents.
• Own the scheduling process from start to finish, balancing priority, location and time.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and operatives via phone and email.
• Maintain clear, detailed notes for each task in the system.
• Produce daily KPI reports reflecting service delivery performance.
