Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Birmingham is seeking a Meetings & Events Executive to support a cluster of hotels, handling M&E enquiries, producing proposals, developing strong client relationships, and coordinating with operational teams to capture every detail.

You will gather client feedback, produce contracts and invoices, and contribute to a first-class hospitality experience, with training and progression opportunities across our UK & Ireland hotels.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals for M&E enquiries aligned with client requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to capture every detail across hotels.
• Gather feedback from clients to foster repeat business.
• Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and first-class service.
