Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support KS2 and KS3 pupils at a welcoming North Shields middle school, helping students reach their learning and development goals.

You will work with individuals and small groups across the curriculum, assist teachers with activities and preparation, and promote positive behaviour and learning confidence within an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Positive, patient and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS2 and KS3 pupils in lessons across the curriculum.
