Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with an EHCP in a welcoming primary school.

You will provide tailored 1:1 support, adapt learning activities for a neurodivergent learner, and help with emotional regulation, independence and confidence while working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and external professionals. This is a longer-term role with real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND or similar roles in a school setting.
• Understanding of neurodivergence and inclusive practice.
• Ability to build trusting, positive relationships with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support in line with the pupil's EHCP.
• Support a neurodivergent learner with individual needs.
• Help with emotional regulation, confidence and independence.
