Hayley Dexis in Seaham is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to respond to enquiries, handle orders, and be the face of our trade counter, offering expert knowledge to walk-in customers and following up on outstanding queries. You’ll quote accurately, look for upsell opportunities and add value, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Prior internal sales experience or in a customer service environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.
• Process orders and upsell where possible.
• Be the face of the trade counter for walk-in customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
