Hayley Dexis in Exeter, Devon, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the face of our trade counter, handling enquiries, advising customers, and supporting order processing.

We value proactive, self-motivated individuals with strong negotiation and communication skills, who can work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role offers 40 hours per week on-site with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal, but full training will be provided.
• Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.
• Process orders and provide expert knowledge to walk-in customers.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding enquiries, prepare quotations, and upsell where possible.
