Job summary

NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an organised Interim Site Administrator to provide essential administrative support at a busy site in Portgordon, Moray. The role is temporary and site-based, focusing on accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work with the Site Leader and team to handle inductions, purchasing, invoicing and document control, while maintaining PPE stock and filing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate Excel and comfort with spreadsheets and data systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a wider operational team.
• Experience with Business Central/Dynamics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for visitors and manage site access and swipe card administration.
• Coordinate site inductions and ensure compliance with entry procedures.
• Record and reconcile deliveries, feedstock receipts and outgoing materials; maintain traceability.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoice receipts and liaise with suppliers.
• Manage office supplies, stock checks and PPE ordering/issuing.
• Maintain electronic and paper records, including document archiving and filing.
• Support Site Leader and Leadership Team with general administration and training logistics.
• Liaise with HR regarding employee records and sickness reporting.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and support site audits.
