Core Highways is seeking an HR Administrator to join the Heathfield office on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will work with a proactive HR team, handling starters, leavers, contract changes, queries, and data entry across HR systems.

Strong MS Office skills, accuracy and discretion are essential. Additionally, you will assist with filing, mail processing, and general admin duties to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration is beneficial but not essential.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Process new starters and leavers, contract changes and staff data updates.
• Handle calls and respond to employee and manager queries.
• Perform data entry on HR platforms, process incoming mail, and file scans.
• Support day-to-day HR administration and projects with the HR team.
