Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client on an immediate-start, 6-month contract. The role covers employee lifecycle support, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee relations, working closely with managers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience providing practical HR advice to managers and employees.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and attendance.
• Assist with employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and wellbeing matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and GDPR-compliant HR systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, offers and right-to-work checks.
• Manage new starter administration and HR system setup.
• Support monthly payroll processes including starters and changes.
