The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced call environments, excellent communication, and the stamina to sustain sustained phone-based work for a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume calling environments such as call centres or telemarketing.
• Ability to input data accurately while listening to customers.
• Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of consecutive inbound and outbound telephone calls daily.
• Maintain consistency, patience, and a positive attitude during repetitive calling periods.
• Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and log call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, talk time, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties during lower-volume windows.
