Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a diligent Porter to support daily facilities operations in our London site. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with event setup, manage spaces and coordinate with the Facilities Manager to ensure high standards of service for clients and colleagues.

The role requires physical capability to move furniture, monitor safety, and provide reliable support across adjacent sites as needed. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, on-site position in London.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to lift, carry and manoeuvre heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors and facilities to a high standard through daily checks.
• Report maintenance issues and safety incidents to Facilities Manager.
• Clean and maintain pantries, social areas and storage spaces.
• Manage inventory for snacks, event equipment and supplies.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to client specifications and assist with post-event cleanup.
