Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a hands-on Facilities Support Assistant in the United Kingdom to help with site moves and basic maintenance. You will move furniture, take down wall hangings, paint and decorate, tidy open areas, and drive between sites in a van. A full driving licence is essential, and the role operates 7.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime.

PC literacy and strong customer relations are important as you support high-profile environments and learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in high profile work environment.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• PC literate and able to handle basic IT tasks.
• Good customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture across site.
• Take down wall hangings, shelves & posters.
• Break down and build furniture after move or when new.
• Tidying and cleaning of open areas.
• Painting / decorating.
• Basic site repairs.
• Driving the van between sites to transport furniture and staff.
