Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Breakfast & After School Club Early Years Lead in Wokingham. The role runs mornings and afternoons during term time, with optional holiday work, and requires a Level 3 EYFS qualification and management experience.

You will lead a dedicated team, deliver a safe, structured programme and actively engage children and families. The position offers part-time hours (22.5 per week) with a 7:30–9:00 Breakfast Club and 15:00–18:00 After School Club schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold EYFS Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Experience in EYFS with management & team-leading is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver a safe, engaging programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead a passionate team to deliver safe, engaging breakfast and after-school care.
• Direct and support staff to ensure high-quality child care and programmes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, schools, and central operations.
• Plan and deliver a range of activities with structure and enthusiasm.
