Job summary

Confidential, based in Gloucester, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller on a temp-to-perm basis. You will join a busy finance team, managing customer accounts, reducing outstanding debt and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include chasing overdue invoices by phone and email, monitoring aged debt, resolving payment queries, and supporting month-end processes with accurate cash collection reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control role.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Proactively contact customers to chase overdue invoices via phone and email.
• Monitor aged debt and escalate issues when necessary.
