Responsibilities

• Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
• Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalation concerns in line with internal procedures
• Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans where necessary
• Billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
• Deal with queries in a professional manner
