Job summary

Rutherford Briant is seeking a Credit Controller to join the finance team. You will manage a high-volume ledger, conduct credit checks, and monitor transactions while streamlining cashflow and reporting ageing and risk metrics to SLT. A hands-on role with variety and daily challenges.

The ideal candidate has proven credit control or accounts receivable experience, strong Excel and data management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities within a busy ledger environment.

• Excellent Excel skills and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a busy ledger.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume ledger
• Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers, setting credit limits and monitoring transactions
• Streamlining cashflow, by minimising days sales outstanding and running regular ageing and risk reports for SLT
• Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable, including cash collection across multiple entities
