Job summary

Vibe Recruit is supporting a well-established business in the search for an experienced Credit Controller to strengthen the finance team. You will own the debtor ledger and drive timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires confidence, organisation and commercial awareness, with the ability to handle overdue conversations professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous Credit Control/Sales Ledger experience essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the collection of outstanding debts.
• Chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter.
• Maintain and reconcile the debtor ledger.
• Monitor debtor days and work towards targets.
• Take and allocate customer payments.
• Prepare weekly debt reports for senior management.
