Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Cover supervisor to work at an excellent partnership secondary school in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting on an ongoing basis.

This is a temporary position, and is cover for general periods of absence within the school. You will cover a variety of lessons, provide consistent cover for students, and forge strong relationships with staff and students. The role offers flexible shifts and potential for more work within the national academy trust.

Qualifications

• Experience working in UK schools.
• Experience supporting within UK schools.
• Experience working as a teacher.
• PGCE or similar teaching qualification/experience.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Cover a variety of different lessons due to absences.
• Provide consistent cover for students.
• Forge strong relationships with staff and students.
• Be an integral part of the running of the school.
