Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Cover supervisor to work at an excellent partnership secondary school in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting on an ongoing basis.

This is a temporary position, and is cover for general periods of absence within the school. You will cover a variety of lessons, provide consistent cover for students, and forge strong relationships with staff and students. The role offers flexible shifts and potential for more work within the national academy trust.

Qualifications

• Experience working in UK schools.
• Experience supporting within UK schools.
• Experience working as a teacher.
• PGCE or similar teaching qualification/experience.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Cover Supervisor

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Cover supervisor to work at an excellent partnership secondary school in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting on an ongoing basis.

This is a temporary position, and is cover for general periods of absence within the school.

Payment for this position will be between £110 to £130 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

While there are no fixed days, the school uses cover regularly, so there is potential for many shifts.

This role will involve covering a variety of different lessons due to absences within the school.

You will be an integral part of the running of the school, ensuring that consistent cover is provided for students.

You will forge strong relationships with staff and students.

Located reasonably centrally within Hull the school is easy to access from most areas of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

There is an onsite car park that is free to use for candidates who do drive.

The school has a fantastic reputation within the local community, and treats their temporary staff extremely well.

They are looking for a practitioner to provide regular cover and become part of the fabric of the school.

The school in part of a large, national, academy trust, so experience within this role may lead to further opportunities.
