Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee a major maintenance and compliance contract across London, Hertford, and the Southeast. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, meeting KPIs, and managing multi-disciplined teams within a hybrid working setup.

Ideal candidates will have a background in electrical maintenance, social housing, or public sector contracts, and possess strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage subcontractors

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical maintenance, electrical compliance, social housing, public sector, or regulated residential contracts.
• Strong focus on KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and multi-discipline teams.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical maintenance and compliance contracts.
• Oversee emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety, and PV systems.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, compliance, subcontractors, budgets, reporting, and P&L.
• Lead supervisors, engineers, administrators, and subcontracted teams.
