Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Manchester is seeking a Contract Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team on site. You will coordinate engineers, plan maintenance, raise purchase orders, and liaise with clients and suppliers.

The role is full-time, on site, with a salary of £28,000-£32,000 DOE and clear progression opportunities. Hours are Monday to Friday, with a supportive team and continuous opportunities to grow within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers and manage schedules across multiple contracts.
• Plan reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers.
• Raise purchase orders and manage job documentation.
• Update systems, spreadsheets and client portals.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Chasing paperwork and maintain compliance records.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Support the wider operations team with day-to-day contract administration.
