Job summary

Success Recruit is partnering with a dynamic construction company in Central Essex to recruit an experienced Service Co-ordinator. The role focuses on supporting daily service operations, managing client communications, and maintaining CRM records across multiple sites.

You will work with a Technical Manager and engineers to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and excels in a fast-paced environment, with a background in administration

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration and client communication.
• Experience in busy construction, facilities management, or public-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage service schedules and maintain documentation and CRM records.
• Be the first point of contact for key clients and support multi-site contracts across London.
• Coordinate service, maintenance, and breakdown enquiries via email and phone; raise quotations for service jobs and parts.
• Prepare job packs with worksheets and PO numbers and ensure engineers are briefed.
• Maintain Health & Safety records in line with industry compliance.
• Support the Technical Manager with scheduling site visits and monitor engineer visit administration.
