Connex Education Partnership is recruiting a Business Studies Teacher to join a successful Lincolnshire secondary school. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and support learning to help students reach their potential.

The role requires QTS or QTLS, strong classroom management, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will collaborate with staff, participate in wider school activities and contribute to ongoing school improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or qualified teacher registration (QTLS).
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a British curriculum secondary school.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons and differentiate for all learners.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and DBS clearance.

• Teaching Business Studies within an academically ambitious secondary school setting.
• Planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons that inspire students to achieve their potential.
• Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress to inform teaching and learning.
• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL.
• Preparing reports and communicating with parents, carers and colleagues.
