Connex Education Partnership is seeking a Business Studies Teacher for a prominent secondary school in Lincolnshire. You will deliver engaging Business Studies lessons, plan and assess, and contribute to school improvement within a supportive, inclusive environment.

The role is full-time and requires QTS or equivalent, an enhanced DBS, and the ability to differentiate for diverse learners. You will join a committed team and have access to Connex's extensive professional development and school

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS is required.
Experience teaching Business Studies in a British curriculum secondary school.
DBS certificate and right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

Plan and deliver engaging, structured Business Studies lessons.
Assess, monitor and record student progress to inform teaching.
Differentiates lessons to meet diverse learner needs, including SEND and EAL.
Create a positive learning environment with high behaviour standards.
Communicate with parents, carers and colleagues about progress.
Contribute to school life through meetings, events and enrichment activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to school improvement.
