Euro Car Parts Limited in Huddersfield is looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch. The role combines customer service, deliveries, and warehouse support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll deliver products safely and on time, help customers at the trade counter, and support stock control and branch operations. A full, clean UK driving licence and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Support every aspect of branch operation to deliver excellent service.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders; assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch.
